Bake Bean Casserole

This is a fun and easy recipe to take to a neighborhood potluck or serve to your family and friends.  It goes well with just about anything at any time of the year but is especially good with a summer barbecue.  I usually double this recipe using the beans listed above and then adding different beans like lima, great northern white, navy, and pinto beans to add variety. The vinegar really makes this bean dish pop!  It really is  a family favorite!

½ Lb. Bacon

½ Lb. Hamburger (optional)

½ C. Chopped onion

1 tsp. Prepared Mustard

½ C. Ketchup

¾ C. Brown Sugar

1 Tsp. Salt

1 Tsp. Vinegar

1 – 1 pound can pork and beans

1 – 1 pound can kidney beans, drained

1 – 1 pound can butter beans, drained
